Start Your Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. But if something’s not right, we’re here to make it easy!
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and have original tags and packaging.
- To start a return, simply fill out the Return/Exchange Form or email us at returns@jacketcreaze.com.
Our support team will guide you through the quick process!
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the error is from our side (wrong item/damaged item).
- Please use trackable shipping methods.
- Refunds are processed within 2 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
Note: Partial refunds may apply if returned items show slight use or are not in original condition.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll help you reorder the right one.
- Return shipping and reshipping charges apply.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos.
- No product, color, or size changes after 24 hours of order placement.
Custom-made or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Orders can be canceled within 48 hours with no penalty.
- Cancellations after 48 hours may incur up to a 25% deduction.
- No cancellations are allowed after the item has been dispatched.
- If your item arrives damaged, email us photos within 24 hours of delivery.
- We’ll resolve the issue ASAP, either by replacing or refunding.
- If your order hasn't arrived after 29 working days, you may request a full refund.
For express orders, if delayed beyond 6 business days after shipment, you are eligible for refund processing.
