30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of your order delivery date. To qualify, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and unworn.

Order Processing & Cancellation Policy

Every Jacket Craze garment is made to order at our production facility. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once the 24-hour window has passed, production begins and we can no longer accept cancellations or issue refunds for change of mind.

Return Shipping & Fees

• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to our returns warehouse. Our team will provide the exact return address via email upon approval.
• Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
• Exchanges: For sizing exchanges, the customer covers return shipping of the original item and shipping cost of the replacement.

Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days.

• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
• Payment Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card or Apple Pay/Google Pay) used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a genuine factory defect, contact us at support@jacketcraze.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or free replacement promptly.

Sizing & Color Policy

We confirm all sizes with you via email before production begins to ensure the best fit. Please refer to our Size Guide carefully before ordering. Minor color variations may occur due to studio lighting or screen settings. If product dimensions differ significantly from our size chart, you are eligible for a free exchange or full refund.
